PRAYER & PRAISES

Please join us in praying for our new Head of School!

Throughout the Bible, the Greek word “phos” is found to express being a light, notably as Jesus calls us to be the light of the world! As LCA dives into our search for a new Head of School, we invite you to be part of the process through prayer, helping to light our path. As you and your family pray together, we ask you to keep LCA in your prayers, expecting God to provide the right person to guide our school into its next 50 years.

This week’s PHOS request: for our consultant to safely arrive and conduct meetings with LCA staff, teachers, board directors and Cedar Crest staff next week, for wisdom and discernment to come from these meetings as is noted James 3:17 – “But the wisdom that comes from heaven is first of all pure; then peace-loving, considerate, submissive, full of mercy and good fruit, impartial and sincere.”

GROUP PRAYER OPPORTUNITY: On Wednesday, 9/27 from 7:45a-8:10a, our high schoolers will be participating in See You at The Pole. If you would like to join them in Praying for our Head Of School, parents and younger students are welcome!

See You At The Pole

Join us Wednesday morning at the flagpole during arrival for a special moment of prayer. This event will be student led by members of our Student Council.

Please join us for one hour each week to pray for LCA, its staff, and our students.  For more information please contact the LCA Office or Sue Engle at sue.engle63@gmail.com
