10/31: Charleston Wrap Fundraiser. Ends November 14th. All purchases will be directly mailed to your home and will be in on time for Christmas.
11/4: School is CLOSED for Holly & Ivy Set Up
11/6: Daylight savings time. Set your clocks BACK!
11/21: School is closed November 21 through November 28th for school conferences and fall break.

Phillies World Series Dress Down Day!
- To celebrate the Phillies going to the World Series, we are announcing a $2 dress down day on Friday 10/28.
- Dress in your favorite Phillies gear – OR – simply Red/White/Blue clothes.
- The dress down day will benefit our playground campaign.

Operation Christmas Child
- It is once again time for Operation Christmas Child to begin! This is a wonderful opportunity for you and your child to directly participate in the blessing of children all throughout the world.
- This year, we have a goal of providing 400 boxes as a school to this wonderful ministry.

Parent Teacher Conferences
- Your child(ren)’s teacher will be sending out a sign up genius to sign up for parent/teacher conferences. Please note: you will be entering through the office doors for conferences and you will need to bring your driver’s license to check in if you have not already done so at our front desk.
Basketball Coaching Needs

Bus Driver
- We have a wicked cool school bus for school functions. But the wicked cool school bus has no one to drive it. So, “the wheels on the bus ain’t goin’ nowhere…goin’ nowhere…goin’ nowhere.”
- If you or someone you know might be willing to periodically drive our bus for school functions and have the appropriate credentials, please let us know!
- CDL Class B with School Bus endorsements are required.

Poinsettia Fundraiser
- 8th grade and High School are having a Poinsettia Fundraiser with Lehigh Valley Home and Garden.
- They are selling vouchers for poinsettias in time for the Christmas season!
- This will benefit the 8th grade class trip and High School dues.
- If you are interested in purchasing a Poinsettia and you don’t know and 8th grader or HS student, stop in or call the main office.
The Annual Holly & Ivy Craft Show – Nov 5th
- The Holly & Ivy Craft Show is November 5th from 7:30am to 2:00pm
- The Holly & Ivy Craft Show is a long standing community event and we need your help to continue making it a success!
- Sign-Up Genius’ went out via email to sign up for the various opportunities to help!
- Volunteer clearances may be required depending on where and how you will be serving. Please contact the office to further clarify these requirements.
- Be sure to come out for great food, crafts, and our famous sticky buns! Admission is free and we are stroller and wheelchair accessible.
