Thanks again for joining LCA as we pray for our Head of School (PHOS)!
This week’s PHOS request: our job posting for Head of School is live! We have committed this process to the Lord – please pray we will continue to trust Him completely as we move forward in it.

The Board of Directors and Administration of LCA are please to announce that the search for our new Head of School has officially begun. Please continue to pray for the Lord’s guidance and provision over this entire process!
As the weather is getting cooler we wanted to send a reminder of what is considered dress code.
Sweaters or sweatshirts – plain hunter green, navy, or gray or any LCA spirit wear sweatshirt. No jackets can be worn in class but should still be sent for outside breaks!

PLAYGROUND DEDICATION
Join us Friday, October 20th as we hold an official playground dedication. The event will be held outside at the playground – pray for sunny skies!
General Updates
Little Caesars pick up will be Tuesday 10/17/23 from 2p-2:30p at door #3 (Chapel).
All orders MUST BE picked up as we have no place to store.
LCAHS Fall Dance
The High School Fall Dance is on Friday, November 10th. Tickets will be on sale OCTOBER 18 – NOVEMBER 1 during lunch or from Mrs. Crain. Tickets are $20. If you are bringing a guest you need to see Mrs. Franco for a guest form. The form must be completed and returned to Mrs. Franco for approval before buying a ticket for a guest!
Scrip Gift card fundraising is one of the easiest ways to make money! We will be holding two sales before the holidays!

Basketball signups are now open! Please click on the link below to sign up for either our middle or high school teams. At this time, our middle school teams are only open to those in 6-8 grade. In order to participate in basketball, middle schoolers must return the attached medical release form. High school players must return the attached PIAA physical form.

LCAHS Fall Dance
Our High School Fall Dance will be held on Friday November 10th and we are looking for donations of snacks, drinks and some prizes. If you are able, please consider donating. Receipts may be turned in for PIF.
Steam Fair Kickoff
Our annual STEAM Fair Kickoff will take place on Wednesday October 25th! This is an exciting day where each classroom gets to participate in various experiments. We need your help with donations to make this day a success. Please consider donating items below. You can submit your receipt to the office for PIF! All donations should be brought to the office as soon as possible unless otherwise noted.
Theater Updates
Theater Cabaret Night – October 26 @ 7PM
Can you sing, play an instrument, or even dance? Show us your talent at our Cabaret Café, a theatre department fundraiser. All are welcome to perform, just use the link below to sign up! Not a performer? Come on out for an evening of entertainment instead complete with coffee and desserts for cash purchase! There will be a cash entrance fee at the door for all non-participants.
